About The Event
Whelk-om to the Wild Harvest Seafood Festival 2022 (see what we did there?)! This special
dinner celebrates the lesser known and underrated produce harvested from the wilds around
Mallacoota.
Never heard of whelks? That’s ok. We’re here to help you through it. They are a type of sea
snail, and form a motley crew alongside sea urchins, banded morwong and samphire which will
all feature as part of this special dinner.
