About The Event
Filmed in Mallacoota in 1969, pop-culture icon Skippy The Bush Kangaroo and his young adventuring friends (Garry Pankhurst and Liza Goddard) work to discover the truth behind two suspicious divers (Ron Graham and Jeff Ashby) who seek a permit to carry out regulation abalone fishing. As they uncover a complex smuggling ring and are captured they are lucky to have Chief Ranger Matt (Ed Devereaux) and Flight Ranger Jerry (Tony Bonner) on the case.
